Certain Kaalpanik Art merchandise is produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand, our third-party print-on-demand provider.

As orders may be submitted manually, production and shipping begin after the relevant order information has been processed.

• Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping costs may vary according to the destination, product, and delivery method.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

• Delays may occur due to production issues, shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will communicate relevant shipping information where available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

We may submit a claim to our third-party for review. If the claim is approved, a replacement or another appropriate resolution may be offered according to the applicable provider policy and consumer law.

Lost shipments will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the design.

Art, Research & Featured Content: Any content featured on Kaalpanik Art’s website or social media platforms forms part of our broader art, research, and creative projects, exploring visual art, taboo subjects, bizarre art, music, and other creative expressions. Kaalpanik Art takes responsibility for presenting such content respectfully and in an appropriate context. Global Participation: Kaalpanik Art welcomes artists, tattooists, musicians, designers, conventions and other creatives from India and around the world. All submissions and collaborations are subject to our review process and applicable terms and conditions.

Kaalpanik Art may feature mature (18+) content, body scarification, body suspension, tattoo culture, tribal and Indigenous community documentaries, folklore, rituals, photography, videography, and other unconventional artistic subjects for artistic, educational, cultural, documentary, or research purposes. Such content is presented for artistic, educational, documentary, historical, cultural, or research purposes. Some material may contain graphic imagery, nudity, depictions of body modification, or themes that may not be suitable for all audiences. Being featured in our directory or on our platforms does not guarantee employment, paid work, a partnership, or a contract. All professional collaborations and contracts are subject to separate agreements between the parties involved. The use of any artwork, brand identity, or submitted content must respect the respective owner's rights and any agreed terms.

Kaalpanik Art provides a platform to showcase and promote artists, musicians, music bands, tattoo artists, magazines, designers, photographers and other individuals or organisations working across creative fields. Being featured on Kaalpanik Art's website or social media platforms does not imply formal representation, endorsement, employment, or a guarantee of future opportunities.
